The most important aspect is to prepare everything in as much detail as possible. Therefore, Heather included a checklist that makes it almost impossible to forget anything. It does not only list the equipment you might need but also things to keep in mind when it comes to your own intentions and behaviors during the event. It might seem bit unnecessary at the beginning but this is a great help when you want to make the most out of every conference as it easily happens that we get lost in the moment or we are simply overwhelmed by a certain situation and don’t know how to keep a cool head.
